The Problem: Overcoming Data Integration Challenges

Although they adopted Oracle Fusion HCM, the client still faced key obstacles. First, they manually transferred data from Oracle Fusion to Power BI. This process was slow, tedious, and error-prone. Second, Oracle Fusion OTBI had a strict 75,000-row limit. This made it hard to get a full view of their HR data. As a result, their reporting lacked depth, limiting decision-making and reducing overall efficiency.

After adopting Power BI for data visualization, our client realized they needed a robust solution to integrate it effectively with Oracle Fusion HCM. BI Connector supported complex union queries and was compatible with the latest Tableau versions, instantly solving the existing challenges.
