Yes. BI Connector Developer Edition offers a free trial so you can connect to your Oracle Fusion instance, write and test queries. The Pre-Built Queries Starter tier is also permanently free with no credit card required, giving you access to a core set of Query Vault queries right away. For the BI Connector Platform, we offer a guided Proof of Value (PoV) trial so you can test drive the integration before committing. A small fee applies for the PoV trial, which is fully credited toward your subscription if you purchase within 30 days.

Upgrades are straightforward. You pay the difference between your current bundle and the next tier, pro-rated to your renewal date. Contact our sales team and we will handle the transition with no disruption to your existing reports or connections.

Yes. The ERP and SCM suites both offer a Starter bundle that covers one reporting area of your choice. You can upgrade to Plus (two areas) or Core (all areas) at any time by paying the difference. Your selection is locked at the Starter and Plus tiers, so choose your first area based on your highest-priority reporting need.

Yes. BI Connector is priced per organization, not per user or per seat. Whether you have 5 or 500 people accessing your Oracle Fusion reports, the price stays the same. Enterprise support is included in every bundle.

BI Connector is priced as an annual subscription by suite and BI platform. You choose a suite (ERP, SCM, HCM, or CX), select a bundle tier (Starter, Plus, or Core), and pick your BI platform (Power BI / Tableau, or Fabric / ADF). One price covers your entire organization, including enterprise support. There are no per-user fees and no data volume limits.
