BI Connector is priced as an annual subscription by suite and BI platform. You choose a suite (ERP, SCM, HCM, or CX), select a bundle tier (Starter, Plus, or Core), and pick your BI platform (Power BI / Tableau, or Fabric / ADF). One price covers your entire organization, including enterprise support. There are no per-user fees and no data volume limits.

Yes. BI Connector is priced per organization, not per user or per seat. Whether you have 5 or 500 people accessing your Oracle Fusion reports, the price stays the same. Enterprise support is included in every bundle.

Yes. The ERP and SCM suites both offer a Starter bundle that covers one reporting area of your choice. You can upgrade to Plus (two areas) or Core (all areas) at any time by paying the difference. Your selection is locked at the Starter and Plus tiers, so choose your first area based on your highest-priority reporting need.

Upgrades are straightforward. You pay the difference between your current bundle and the next tier, pro-rated to your renewal date. Contact our sales team and we will handle the transition with no disruption to your existing reports or connections.

Yes. BI Connector Developer Edition offers a free trial so you can connect to your Oracle Fusion instance, write and test queries. The Pre-Built Queries Starter tier is also permanently free with no credit card required, giving you access to a core set of Query Vault queries right away. For the BI Connector Platform, we offer a guided Proof of Value (PoV) trial so you can test drive the integration before committing. A small fee applies for the PoV trial, which is fully credited toward your subscription if you purchase within 30 days.

No. BI Connector is priced per organization, not per user. You can have as many people accessing your reports and dashboards as your organization needs, with no additional cost.

No. There are no data volume caps or query limits. BI Connector connects directly to your Oracle Fusion instance and the volume of data you can access is determined by your Fusion environment, not by BI Connector’s pricing tier.

No. Your annual subscription price is fixed regardless of headcount growth. The only reason your price would change is if you choose to expand into additional suites or upgrade your bundle tier, both of which you control. You will never be surprised by a per-seat charge as your team scales.

Onboarding is a one-time service pack that covers the full setup of your BI Connector environment, including connection to your Oracle Fusion instance, BI platform configuration, and validation of your first reports. Power BI and Tableau onboarding is a 10-hour service pack. Fabric and ADF onboarding is a 40-hour service pack given the additional pipeline complexity involved.

Professional Services packs are fixed-scope engagements delivered by Oracle Fusion and BI specialists. Each pack has a defined set of hours and a specific outcome, such as a custom query library, a live pipeline into Power BI or Tableau, or a finished dashboard. There are no open-ended retainers. You know exactly what you are getting before work begins.

A reporting area is a domain of Oracle Fusion data that BI Connector makes available to your BI platform. For example, within the ERP suite, Finance is one reporting area covering General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and related data. Projects and Procurement are separate reporting areas. Each area maps to a distinct functional team and set of Oracle Fusion modules.

The BI Connector Platform is the core data connectivity product. It creates a live, certified connection between Oracle Fusion and your BI tool, giving you access to the underlying data so you can build your own reports and dashboards. Pre-Built Solutions sit on top of that connection and provide ready-made query libraries and Finance dashboards for teams that want to skip the build and start reporting immediately.

BI Connector Developer Edition is a standalone SQL tool for Oracle Fusion developers and power users. It lets you connect directly to your Fusion instance, browse the schema, and write and test SQL queries without needing Power BI, Tableau, or any other BI tool open. It is ideal for IT teams, data engineers, and report developers who need direct access to Fusion data for query development and testing.

Yes. BI Connector supports Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Factory (ADF) as pipeline destinations. The Fabric / ADF option is available on any bundle at a flat annual surcharge. This is well suited for organizations building centralized data warehouses or lakehouse architectures on top of Oracle Fusion data.
